The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It felt like a home away from home. The private parking in the courtyard was a great convenience, especially since the location was central and close to all the shops and amenities in the city. the thoughtful little extras provided by the hostess were a nice touch and added to our overall experience.
One downside was that the apartment was quite noisy, especially with occasional train rumblings. It would have been better if there was more soundproofing to minimize the outside noise.

The location of the flat is superb, being right in the midst of the city but feeling removed and private. It is conveniently close to a Tesco store and shopping center, making it easy to grab any necessities during your stay. the flat itself is spotlessly clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you might need. the hosts are extremely responsive and provide nice attentions such as a bottle of Prosecco and generous supplies of tea, coffee, and other essentials.
There is no mention of a breakfast option available at the flat.

I had the most wonderful stay at a modern and spacious flat in the heart of Perth. The owner did an amazing job decorating it, and they even welcomed me with fresh fruit, milk, shortbread, and Prosecco. The Wifi was excellent, and I loved streaming my favorite shows on the smart TV. It was the perfect place for me to relax after exploring the Perthshire region on my bike. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed, and having a washer and drying rack was a great convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Parking was easy, and I appreciated being able to walk around Perth or ride my bicycle instead of using my car. This flat would be perfect for a long-term stay or for those who want to mix work and vacation. The owner's great communication and restaurant recommendations were the cherry on top.
The lighting was a bit dim, but it didn't bother me much. It took me a few minutes to figure out the heating system remote control, but once I got the hang of it, it was fine.

The apartment at Spey Courtyard was absolutely fantastic! The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The living room was spacious and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, and I loved having a fridge and coffee machine at my disposal. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. I felt right at home and couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Personally, I found the lack of a washing machine a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that not everyone might need one during their stay.
